I write professionally, and have for nearly 30 years. I’ve written for politicians, major sporting events, and nearly 70 global clients, of all sizes, across many diverse sectors. 

Today, I’m increasingly focused on writing for me — putting my own ideas and stories out into the world in publications including eKathimerini, The Globe and Mail, The Hill Times, Greek Reporter, and The Georgia Straight.

Forever curious about the world, I’m a perpetual traveller. I’m also passionate about cooking and wine (but *never* call me a foodie). I spent three months at cooking school and earned my Level 1 and 2 Wine Spirit & Education Trust (WSET) certificates. With a journalism background, news, politics, books, and magazines are key staples of my daily diet. So too are film, television, and photography. 

An avid swimmer, I’m also an occasional surfer, irregular runner, yoga convert, and novice stand-up paddler.

Born in Canada with dual citizenship, these days I’m increasingly leaning into the richness of my Greek heritage — an important source of inspiration for me and my writing.
